Purpose of the product
Over eight months, our team partnered with GlobalTranz, a leading logistics firm, to design and deploy a blockchain-powered supply chain management platform. The goal was to enhance transparency, reduce fraud, and streamline shipment verification processes. We integrated smart contracts to automate cargo validation and IoT sensors for real-time tracking, ensuring stakeholders could monitor shipments end-to-end.
By migrating legacy systems to a decentralized architecture and embedding IoT data into blockchain ledgers, we eliminated manual paperwork, reduced disputes by 30%, and accelerated invoice settlements. This transformation strengthened trust across the supply chain while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Project Description
Over eight months, we collaborated with GlobalTranz to create a blockchain-based supply chain management tool aimed at improving traceability and reducing fraud.
We implemented smart contracts to automate shipment verification and integrated IoT sensors for real-time cargo monitoring. This allowed stakeholders to track shipments transparently, reducing disputes and speeding up invoice settlements.
