Purpose of the product
Over 10 months, our team collaborated with Avid Technology to design and implement a high-performance, multi-IDP authentication and authorization system. The goal was to migrate their existing product with 1 million users to a new system while improving performance, scalability, and security.
We implemented native images for faster startup times, designed a granular authorization framework, and optimized backend performance to handle 10,000 requests per second. By embedding into Avid’s workflows, we ensured a seamless migration with zero downtime and enhanced system reliability.

Over 10 months, our team of 12 developers worked closely with Avid Technology to build a high-performance authentication and authorization system.
We migrated the first product with 1 million users to the new system, implementing native images to reduce resource consumption and improve startup times. The system was designed to handle 10,000 requests per second, ensuring scalability for future growth.
We developed a complex tracing flow to monitor full user journeys, providing complete visibility into interactions across the system. This allowed Avid to identify and resolve issues quickly, improving overall system reliability.
