AI product development. Your AI product, in your customers' hands.

Webaroo builds new AI products your customers use. Ten days to a written plan, then one pod builds it, and our dedicated support and maintenance team runs it after launch.

Ask Roo: Could you build an AI product our customers use?

New AI productsOne pod seated inside your company builds the product and ships it to production, where your customers use it.

Day 10 / Day 90 or 120 of the pod

Plan, data, product. Then a dedicated team runs it.

Each stage ends in writing. The data pipeline is built before the demo is polished.

  1. Assessment

Ten days. We interview your leadership and the people who run the workflow, and we map the data the product needs. You get an AI inventory, risk tiers, the top 3 workflows with today's numbers, and a written 90-day plan.

  2. Prototype

The pod starts from the plan. Built on your data.

  3. Data

The pipeline that feeds the model: where each record comes from, who is allowed to see it, and how often it refreshes. It is built before the demo is polished, because the model is only as good as what it reads.

  4. Production

A pod takes the prototype to something you can sell: accounts, permissions, billing, logging, monitoring, and an approval gate on every class of action the product takes for a user.

  5. Operate

After go-live, our dedicated support and maintenance team runs it monthly: monitoring, testing with evals (tests on your own real cases), cost caps, model changes and a quarterly board report.

From plan to production.

Ten days to a written plan, then a pod on your data. A shared channel and your team in every review.

  1. Days 1 to 10

    Assessment

Interviews. Ends in a written plan.

  2. In the pod

    Prototype

The pod is seeded from the plan and builds the first version on your data.

  3. After the prototype

    Production

The pod hardens what worked and ships it to paying users. A shared channel and your team in every review.

A written plan at day 10. Measured at day 90 or 120.

Two dates. At each one the work is checked against the plan in writing, before the next stage starts.

  1. Day 10

You hold an AI inventory, risk tiers, the top 3 workflows with today's numbers and a written 90-day plan.

  2. Day 90 or 120 of the pod

Checkpoint: day 90 for a small pod, day 120 for a large pod. The work is measured against the number from the assessment.

What usually goes wrong, and what we do.

The agent can do anything, so nobody trusts it with anything.Every class of action gets an approval gate and a log. The product earns scope as it earns trust.
The vendor leaves at launch and the model drifts. Our dedicated support and maintenance team runs it after launch and every model change passes the same evals before it ships.
An hourly estimate that grows every sprint.A fee for a defined scope, set after the assessment, not before it. No hourly billing.

Webaroo's FDE Pod is a pod of forward-deployed engineers who work inside your company and put AI to work on the systems you already run.

Who this is for

A mid-market operator that wants to sell a tool the company already uses internally, or put an AI product in its customers' hands. A business that knows the workflow and the customer and needs the product built, not another strategy memo.

What you get

  • After the assessment: an AI inventory, risk tiers, the top 3 workflows with today's numbers, and a written 90-day plan.
  • A production build your customers can pay for and your team can audit.
  • Runbooks and documentation your team can run, with your people in every review from the start.
  • Our dedicated support and maintenance team after launch.

What we do not do

We do not start a build before the assessment, because quoting a product before anyone understands it is guessing with your money. We do not ship an agent that acts without an approval gate and a log. We do not sell hours.

What owners ask before the first call.

A new AI product is software that did not exist before and uses a model to complete a task for a user: an assistant inside your app, a tool that reads documents and takes action, an agent your customers talk to, or an internal tool you want to sell. If the idea needs an assessment, a prototype, and a production build, it follows this path.

The written plan from the 10-day assessment sets the timeline, and an FDE Pod's checkpoint is at day 90 for a small pod or day 120 for a large pod.

Yes. Everything is documented, the runbooks are written for your team, and your people sit in the reviews from the first week, so a handover is a decision, not a project.

A single-workflow build is a fixed fee for a defined scope, quoted on a call. No hourly billing. Half the assessment fee is credited, only toward a 12-month contract. Pods are a monthly fee on a 12-month term, with a checkpoint at day 90 for a small pod or day 120 for a large pod.

Bring us the product idea. A straight answer first.

The first paid step is your AI strategy, a 10-day AI readiness assessment: AI inventory, risk tiers, the top 3 workflows with today's numbers and a 90-day plan.
