AI support and maintenance after go-live. Launch day is day one. We stay.

After go-live, our dedicated support and maintenance team runs your system on a monthly Run plan: monitoring, testing, cost caps, model changes and a quarterly board report.

Ask Roo: What would support and maintenance look like after go-live?

OperateOur dedicated support and maintenance team keeps it running: monitoring, testing, cost caps, model changes and a quarterly board report.

Tested before every change.

Our dedicated support and maintenance team runs it monthly from go-live: monitoring, testing, cost caps, model changes and a quarterly board report.

  1. Monitoring

From go-live, the support and maintenance team monitors the agents, the integrations around them, and the cloud resources we deployed for them.

  2. Tested before every change

Evals are tests on your own real cases: a fixed set of real requests from your business, run against every prompt edit, model update, and integration change. Providers retire models on their own schedule, so each new one runs against your evals before we switch. If a new version answers worse on your cases, it does not go out.

  3. Cost control per workflow

Spend is tracked per workflow: usage, call volume, and which model each step uses. When a smaller model passes your evals, we switch.

  4. An audit trail

Every agent action is logged with its input, its output, and who approved it when approval was required. Network security, IAM and endpoint security remain the exclusive responsibility of your team or your MSSP. An MSSP is a managed security service provider.

  5. Board-ready, every quarter

The Run plan includes a quarterly board report.

  6. Free bug fixes

Defects in what we build are fixed at no extra cost for the 12-month term.

Measured at day 90 or 120. Yours to keep at month 12.

Two dates the system is measured against the assessment, and one where you decide what happens next.

  1. Day 90

Checkpoint for a small pod. The work is measured against the number from the assessment.

  2. Day 120

Checkpoint for a large pod. Same measurement, more systems in scope.

  3. Month 12

End of term. You hold the runbooks, the evals, the dashboards, and the audit log. Continue on the Run plan, hand it to your team, or split the work between them.

What you keep

Everything the pod produces is documented and handed to you. Every repository carries runbooks for deploying, rolling back, restoring from backup, and changing a password or access key, plus a step-by-step for the day the site goes down. The eval set is yours. The dashboards are yours. The audit log is yours. If you ever decide to run it without us, that is a decision, not a project.

Where Roo fits

Roo is the cockpit a company runs its AI crew from. The crew works inside the company's own systems, under its rules. The Brain belongs to the company. From early access in February 2027, Roo runs inside every Run plan.

What owners ask before the first call.

Operating is the Run plan: our dedicated support and maintenance team runs everything the pod shipped, monthly from go-live. That covers the agents, the integrations around them, and the cloud resources we deployed for them, with monitoring, testing, cost caps, model changes and a quarterly board report.

Questions to ask before you hire an AI firm

Operating is the Run plan, monthly from go-live. Our dedicated support and maintenance team does it. Pods are a monthly fee on a 12-month term, with a checkpoint at day 90 for a small pod or day 120 for a large pod. There is no hourly billing.

How every pod is measured at day 90 or 120

We run the replacement against your eval set before anything moves. If it passes, we switch. If it answers worse on your cases, we hold the old model or route to another provider until a version passes.

Yes. Every repository carries runbooks for deploying, rolling back, restoring from backup, and changing a password or access key. The eval set and dashboards are yours. At the end of the term, handing it over is a decision, not a separate project.
