He leads the company's shift from traditional development services into Co-Build and Operate engagements, forward-deployed engineering, and Roo, the cockpit a company runs its AI crew from.

Based in Fort Myers, Connor has built Webaroo around a U.S.-led, globally distributed engineering model designed to give founders and operators serious technical horsepower without the overhead of building large internal teams too early. His focus is simple: find real business problems, bring the right people around the table, and move fast enough to turn strategy into production.

As CEO, Connor sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, product direction, and company building, pushing Webaroo toward a future where AI is not a pitch, but an operating advantage.

Oleksandr Khatskalev leads engineering at Webaroo as CTO, setting the technical direction across the firm's portfolio and the infrastructure that powers Roo.

He spent the last seven and a half years at Moon Active as Backend Tech Lead and Senior Backend Engineer building the platform behind Coin Master, a top-grossing mobile game with 10M+ daily active users, where he owned a mission-critical analytics pipeline running at ~65M req/min.

Before Moon Active, he held senior backend and full-stack roles at Luxoft (building microservices for Getty Images), Ciklum, and earlier Kyiv-based product companies, accumulating over a decade of experience in distributed systems at real scale.

His current focus is AI agent infrastructure, he's been building deterministic development pipelines that orchestrate agents through plan → tests → code → verify → review → document → merge workflows, with isolated git worktrees, dynamic model routing, and automatic error recovery. His stack spans Node.js, TypeScript, Go, AWS, Kafka, Redis, and Kubernetes, and he brings to Webaroo exactly what the firm is built to deliver: AI that ships code reliably.

Eric Josovitz is Chief Financial Officer of Webaroo, where he leads financial planning, reporting, and the monthly close, and keeps the numbers behind every engagement clear for clients, partners, and investors.

Eric is the founder and CEO of AdaptCFO, an Atlanta firm that gives fast-growing companies a full finance team, from bookkeeping and controller work to CFO leadership. He built the firm around a simple idea: founders move faster when they can trust their numbers.

AdaptCFO served as the finance team for PrizePicks during its early scale-up. When live sports shut down in 2020, Eric's team helped the daily fantasy sports company protect its cash, hold its vendor relationships together, and bring staff back as play resumed. PrizePicks founder and CEO Adam Wexler has credited that work with helping revenue grow almost 7000% and working capital more than 900% in under two years.

Eric started out studying biology on a pre-med track before finding his way to business at Georgia State University. Today he hosts the Growth Under Pressure podcast, backs early-stage founders as an angel investor, and serves on the Board of Advisors and the Finance & Investment Committee of Atlanta's Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Michael Murphy leads investor relations and corporate strategy at Webaroo as VP, connecting the firm with the capital partners and strategic relationships behind its growth. An accomplished entrepreneur, senior business executive, and strategic advisor, he brings a proven track record of scaling technology enterprises and driving global corporate growth.

As Founder and Director of Business Development at Kentron Technologies, Michael spearheaded the company's strategic partnerships, market expansion initiatives, and commercial growth. His forward-thinking leadership has been instrumental in positioning the firm as an innovative leader in the technology sector.

A serial entrepreneur at heart, Michael also founded Epic Components, where he built and scaled operations and developed deep expertise in supply chain management, technology distribution, and bootstrap-to-market execution.

Known for his ability to identify emerging market trends and forge high-value alliances, Michael continues to drive innovation and value creation across the technology and financial landscapes.

Patrick “Patty” Natili leads Global Relations at Webaroo, where he builds and stewards the network of operators, investors, and partners that surrounds the firm.

He spent two years at Ferrazzi Greenlight in Los Angeles, first as Chief of Staff, then as an Associate Consultant, managing executive relationships with leaders of billion-dollar companies. He then moved into advisory work, first with a private family office and now with Primo Advisory, providing long-term counsel to principals and their organizations.

His approach is grounded in organizational psychology: he holds an M.S. in Organizational Science from Florida International University (Summa Cum Laude) and a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience & Cognition from Florida Gulf Coast University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Patrick is also a credentialed member of the Chief of Staff Association.

Bryce Faubel leads strategic partnerships at Webaroo, cultivating the relationships that bring new opportunities, capital, and channels into the firm and its portfolio companies.

Based in Naples, Florida, he brings a deep network across ultra-luxury industries, fine art, private aviation, and luxury real estate, built through years of orchestrating exclusive deals at the high end of the market.
