How we price. A fee, agreed before we start.
Webaroo prices a single-workflow build as a fixed fee for a defined scope, and a pod as a monthly fee on a 12-month term, both quoted on a call. No hourly billing.
Ask Roo: Would a single-workflow build or a pod fit our project?
- AI Assessment
- Fixed fee. Half the assessment fee is credited, only toward a 12-month contract.

A fee per scope. No timesheet behind it.
Six rules, from the assessment to the end of the term.
No hourly billing
The scope is written down before the fee is, and the fee holds for that scope. There is no timesheet to audit: you buy a result with a scope around it, not a block of hours.
The credit
Half the assessment fee is credited, only toward a 12-month contract.
Build pods
A pod is a monthly fee on a 12-month term, with a checkpoint at day 90 for a small pod or day 120 for a large pod. The monthly fee is agreed in writing before the term starts.
How results are measured
A number your team already tracks, named in the assessment and measured at the checkpoint in your own reports.
Free bug fixes
Defects in what we build are fixed at no extra cost for the 12-month term.
What we will not do
We will not quote a pod before the assessment.
Five steps. From a straight answer to the Run plan.
Each fee is agreed in writing before the work it pays for starts.
The first answer
A straight answer from Roo, Webaroo's AI, or a 15-minute call with Connor Murphy, our Founder and CEO. On the call we hear the problem and decide whether an assessment fits, and if it does, we quote the assessment fee.
The assessment
Ten days. It ends with an AI inventory, risk tiers, the top 3 workflows with today's numbers, and a written 90-day plan.
The quote
The build or pod fee in writing, with the scope beside it. Nothing starts until both are agreed.
The checkpoint
At day 90 for a small pod or day 120 for a large pod, the work is measured against the number from the assessment, in your own reports.
The Run plan
After go-live, our support and maintenance team runs the system on a monthly Run plan. From early access in February 2027, Roo runs inside every Run plan.
What usually goes wrong, and what we do.
| Usually | With Webaroo |
|---|---|
| An hourly rate, an estimate, and an invoice that comes in over it. | The invoice matches the quote. |
| A discovery phase you pay for, then the project discovers it all again. | The written plan seeds the build backlog on day one, so nothing is discovered twice. |
| Results claimed in the vendor's deck, measured by the vendor. | Results measured on a number your finance team already tracks, in your own reports. |
