How we got here.
01/05
Webaroo is headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida.

The same failure kept showing up. A company bought a tool, the tool did not fit the way the work actually ran, and the vendor was gone by the time anyone noticed. So we work differently. Forward-deployed engineers build inside your company, ship to production, and are measured at day 90 or 120 against the number from the assessment.
03/05
Running what we built became part of the job, and our dedicated support and maintenance team does it. Webaroo co-founded BookEmptyLegs.com and TICKR Energy. Webaroo built the member platform for Vluxure and runs the technology behind the club. Running a platform after launch taught us what a product has to survive, and that is the bar for what we ship.
04/05
AI changed how much an engineering team can ship in a month. It did not change what breaks. Someone still has to decide what to build first, build it, own it when the model updates and the answers change, and answer for whether it is still running. That is the job we took, and it is the whole company now. We build and run AI inside mid-market companies.
05/05
Today the first paid step is a 10-day AI readiness assessment. Then come fixed-scope builds like the Workflow Agent and the Knowledge Agent; FDE Pods, teams of forward-deployed engineers who work inside your company, for problems that span more than one workflow; and Roo, the cockpit a company runs its AI crew from (early access February 2027).
